• Meta Data (Facebook/Instagram): To provide our core services, we request access to your Meta accounts (Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts). We only access data strictly necessary to generate, schedule, and publish posts on your behalf. We do not store your passwords. We use official Meta Graph API tokens.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To register you as a new customer.
• To manage our relationship with you.
• To provide the core functionality of automating and publishing posts to your connected social media accounts via the Meta Graph API.

4. Data Deletion Instructions

According to Meta's Platform Terms, you have the right to request the deletion of your data. If you want us to delete your data or your connected Meta account tokens, you can do so by:

• Logging into your Zainify A.I account, going to "Profile Settings", and clicking "Delete Account". This will instantly and permanently delete all your data, including Meta API tokens.
• Removing the Zainify A.I app from your Facebook/Instagram settings (Settings & Privacy > Security and Login > Business Integrations).
• Contacting us directly at ceo@thezainify.com to request manual data deletion. We will process your request within 48 hours.

5. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. Your Meta API tokens are encrypted at rest.
