We use the official Meta Graph API to allow you to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts to our platform for the purpose of generating, scheduling, and automatically publishing content. We are an independent software provider and are not directly affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Meta Platform Compliance

As a user connecting your Meta accounts to Zainify A.I, you agree to comply with:

• Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards.
• Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
• You will not use Zainify A.I to generate or publish spam, hate speech, illegal content, or any material that violates Meta's policies.

4. User Account and Security

If you create an account on the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access to the site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. If you violate Meta's policies through our platform, your account will be immediately terminated.
